# Aux Heat not showing in Temp Profile

Hi, I have a heat 1/heat 2/aux heat system, and the aux heat is not showing up in the Temperature Profile. Is there some way I need to enable it? The Thermostat Summary above is definitely showing aux heat data from the last 12 months.

There’s no way to manually enable/disable this. Sometimes if there’s too little runtime there’s not sufficient data to generate a meaningful profile. How often does your aux heat run?

Hi Jon,

Thanks for your reply, sorry I didn’t see it until today.

I bet you’re right: looking back on our history for the past 12 months there is only about 35 hours of aux heat. When I initially posted I didn’t realize I was looking at 2 years of data, and before last winter I changed our aux threshold to be lower so a lot of the aux data was from winter 2023.
