I replaced my AC/Furnace in January and modified the Custom Start Date (settings \> custom start date) to match the installation date. Ever since, the Temperature Profile is missing the cooling data.

This is especially interesting since I had good data prior to the date change. If I remove the Custom Start Date, the cooling data reappears, but it would be blending both old/new equipment.

That would imply that there is not enough quality cooling data yet. Assuming you are somewhere in the US, I wouldn’t anticipate it should take that much longer to get enough data to recalculate. Note that if the new system has a lot of shorter cooling runs that data often gets thrown out. Longer system runs produce much higher quality data for the profiles.
