Hi,

Good morning! It seems that beestat app or [beestat.io](http://beestat.io) web portal is down? It just spins🤔️

Thanks for checking!

Should be up and running. If you’re still having issues I can take a look at your account specifically. Just send me your thermostat serial number here or at [contact@beestat.io](mailto:contact@beestat.io)

Hi Jon,

Thanks for the follow up! I still couldn’t get access to my ecobee thermostats through the app or from the web portal. I know it wasn’t a connectivity issue since I can see my thermostats from Ecobee’s own official portal. So finally I removed the app and re-installed it again, and that seems to have done the trick😅. I can see them from the app now😊!

Thanks!
