# Thermostat detail

Anyone else having this detail stuck on fetching? Was changing dates and trying out different settings when it threw a code. Have tried to clear cache, deleted data, uninstalled/installed app, disconnected ecobee etc. still same thing.

This can happen sometimes - I need to fix it but if you send me your thermostat serial I can correct the issue.
