App and website both say “syncing”

As of this morning, my graphs do not load. They just say syncing. Thermostat and sensor temperature data does populate. This occurs on both the website and iOS app.

When I clicked “log out” in the app it wouldn’t actually log me out.

Deleting and reinstalling the app didn’t fix the issue.


Same here…new month, perhaps something “expired”!

I’m not quite sure what’s happening - can you try again? If it’s still not working, send me your thermostat serial number and I’ll take a closer look. Seems to be affecting some users and not others.

Mine is now working again. 8:20am central time

mine seems to have fixed itself.
