I have 6 indoor temp sensors including the ecobee thermostat and I use 1 (kitchen) to set the temp of the home. I believe operating in a temp hold (vs a schedule) averages all sensors evenly to provide the inside temp (vs using a selected sensor. My issue is that the “indoor temp” line is sometimes outside any of the individual readings, and other times it’s within the range of the other sensors (as expected). How can the average be outside any individual sensor? Photos below are all within a hold setting, the “indoor” graph aligns with the kitchen sensor when operating in a schedule.
Usually this is because of a setting on the thermostat to adjust for humidity or something. I can’t recall exactly what all you can change, but it applies that adjustment after everything else.

Agreed. Most likely you have eco+ enabled with adjust temp for humidity. If you download the data, you will see the corrections in the spreadsheet. If heating, above like 50% humidity, eco+ adds to the averaged temp.
