Today we left the house at 4:30, beestat shows activity in the house stopping at 5:30. It used to be the right time, what happened?
Time is still 1 hour off. Ecobee shows the correct time and ecobee charts are correct but beestat time and charts are 1 hour off. If an event (ac runs) or motion takes place at 4 am beestat shows it at 5 am.
Anyone experiencing this please log in to your ecobee account and check that the time zone is set. I had someone with the same issue where this value had been unset, and once he set it the issue was resolved.
I’ve reached out to ecobee about that setting getting reset.
This fixed it. Ecobee must have deleted this info when they did the UI upgrade to my thermostat.
