I am using ecobee security with door/window sensors. This includes a feature to auto-pause heating and cooling if a door or window is left open. When this feature is engaged it shows as “other” on the beestat trend. Something to consider when doing the next update.
If you want to email me at contact@beestat.io with your thermostat serial number and a timeframe I can take a look. Those special holds are usually pretty easy to identify and display differently.
