Heat/Fan running when system is off

The last three days, I have had some issues with my heating system and I am trying to determine what the problem is. I assume something is going on with the downstairs thermostat or possibly the furnace. The system works as it should during the day and night hours with a 2.5 degree differential setup. The sleep profile is set to 67 from 11:30 PM to 6:00 AM and then back to 71 for the Home profile. The issue occurs when the auto recovery mode kicks on in the morning. According to Beestat, the system is running non stop during recovery, but the temp downstairs (shown in Beestat) indicates that the heat is coming on/off. The thermostat almost seems to be following the sleep profile at times during recovery and into the home profile time in this graph. This morning, I tried turning off the system by lowering the temp and then ended up turning the heat to off.

Once the Ecobee app showed that the fan/heat was not running, I turned heat back on. You will see this in the graph below, but note that the heat/fan never show they were turned off and then back on. This makes me curious to know whether the heat/fan are running non stop during recovery or is this is a reporting error by the thermostat / issue with Beestat?

Once I turn the system off and then back on, everything seems to run as it should again. This only seems to happen during recovery in the morning for the last 3 days.

What do you think is wrong?

Thanks!!

I apologize as I should have put this in the discussion topic rather than the bug topic. If there is any way to move it, please do. Otherwise, I can delete and repost. Thanks!

Quickly, i would go to the exobee website, logim, and download your activity for that day into excel. When u look at it im going to guess youll see the same results there as youre seeing with the beestat.

Simpler, get up and sit by one of the heat registers. If you feel it cooling, look at the wall thermostat to see if its calling for heat. I suspect something is up with the furnace cutting out, due to the rise / fall during this recovery time.
