Hi Jon,

Thanks for the follow up! I still couldn’t get access to my ecobee thermostats through the app or from the web portal. I know it wasn’t a connectivity issue since I can see my thermostats from Ecobee’s own official portal. So finally I removed the app and re-installed it again, and that seems to have done the trick😅. I can see them from the app now😊!
