When attempting to change dates to choose custom sensor data windows, the software errors out before you can actually enter or choose the range. I was trying to go back about 2 months and choose a 1 month window and would keep getting errors. Even when I attempted to laboriously “walk” back the date window to make sure I was not over a 30 day period I still had problems.
Seems that you be able to choose the start and end date in the Custom settings, then apply or Save the choice BEFORE you get errors. The way the software is at the moment, you can barely choose a Custom setting.
