Profile indicates the system is "off" when changing from stage 1 to stage 2

Whenever my system shifts from Stage 1 cooling to Stage 2 cooling, the profile indicates the system is off for anywhere from 0-3 minutes.

In reality, the system is not off - I have Sense energy meter profiles indicating that the condenser is still running when Beestat indicates it is off.

Could you send me your thermostat serial number? Iā€™d like to take a look at the data around those instances so I can hopefully fix.
