I just had a new Heat Pump put in and would like to start fresh with Beestat. Is there any way to reset my account and start fresh?
Easiest way is to go to the main beestat settings page and change the profile start date. That will keep your historical data if you ever want to compare, but all the profiling will start fresh.
If you truly want to delete the old data, email contact@beestat.io with the thermostat serial number and cutoff date and the data can be manually removed.
