My runtime per degree day is reporting 1 minute for Heat 1 and 0 minutes for Heat 2.
That can’t be right. Could that be because I set my thresholds this past winter to run my aux gas heat instead of my ASHP most of the time? Does the calculation ignore aux gas heat running if my primary heat is listed as a (2 stage) heat pump?
The calculations are done per “level”. So if you didn’t run heat 1 or heat 2, then really those metrics should fall off and you should see one for the aux heat. I would have to take a look at the data to confirm what’s happening in your case. Just let me know your thermostat serial and I can check.
