For some reason, I am not getting any stage 2 heat/cool or aux heat data in my profile data.
There is over 2 years of data available.
Am I missing something?
The profiles only use the last year of data. About how often does your stage 2 run at a time? It looks like there should be enough data but if the runs are very short it’s possible they get filtered out to ensure only quality data is used for the profile.
In the summer, the stage 2 cooling runs 5-15% of the time.
In winter, stage 2 heat is 10-30% of the time; aux is small 1-10% of the time.
I had the start date for this system set to 9/1/2023 as July and August were messed up due to the other system in our house not working for ~4 weeks. Before that, we had multiple stages showing.
The previous winter and summer were both a bit more extreme, so maybe the stage 2 and aux run ti.rs are just on the short time and disappeared because
of that.
If you would like to send over your thermostat serial number I can poke around at the data and see if I can give you any better insights. It’s probably just lack of data but I can at least find that out and make sure it’s not a bug.
