Just started with this app today. 2 of my 3 ecobee devices downloaded data correctly. The 3rd took much longer and complained of bad formatted data during download (I didn’t see the actual error code).
Is there a way to clear out the downloaded data and start again fresh to see if this fixes the problem? The end result I have right now is the Temp Profile graph is completely blank
