I just noticed that if your heating rate is negative instead of reporting time to heat as “never” it will report a time in the past
Is that number supposed to be negative since it’s a count down?

No it’s reporting a time from earlier that day. It actually reports shorter times as it gets colder and the heat rate becomes a larger negative number
