Times for data not lining up

I’m doing some experimentation with how I have my upstairs and downstairs units set, and came across a weird instance where the times don’t seem to line up. The upstairs was running for awhile and temperature continuing to go up as it couldn’t keep up with the rising temps of the day (not surprising but was trying the silly suggestion of setting the upstairs lower than downstairs). At about 1:30pm the downstairs came on. The individual temperature sensors upstairs (the thermostat itself and another room sensor) started dropping / leveling off at 1:30. But the main graph (with calculated temp using both sensors) shows the temperature drop starting around 1:10, which obviously doesn’t even make sense without even seeing the other graph. My Home Assistant data also shows the reported temp (which should be that same calculated temp) dropping around 1:30.

Do you have an export of the raw data at those times? Curious to see how that compares.

Is ecobee humidity temp adjustment turned on?

I just exported that day and it matches up with the visual, where Indoor Temperature peaks at 1310, and the individual sensors peak at 1335.

Yes, but not sure how that would affect data lining up. All that does is extend the runtime if humidity is high.

No, the “Adjust Temperature for Humidity” feature. If that is on, the calculated temp will be affected.
