I have been receiving many alerts that Aux Heat was working and bee stat shows 15 hours in January alone. A gree unit was installed last year Gree FLEXX36HP230VA0 heat pump and furnace. And the system should not use aux heat at all since gree heat pump is supposed to be able to operate at up to -28 C and Ecobee was et so that Aux heat only kicks in at over -20 C. I live in Montreal.
Can you take a screenshot instead of exporting? The export doesn’t include the top section that shows your actual equipment running. That should help show what’s happening.
Not claiming I know what’s going on, but I live a bit further south from you and my heat pump is also rated to -4F (-20C) but it can’t heat my house fast enough under 25F (-4C) since my house is old and poorly insulated. So below 25F I run on aux (gas in my case). You might want to check where your balance point is (see below) and what values you have for the thresholds in your ecobee
