Unable to access beestat from phone or desktop the last few weeks. Kept expecting it to start working again but just get the loading screen with the pulsing circle. Not sure what to do to fix it.

I know this is an older issue, but it perfectly describes my current issue (Stuck on loading screen).
Was this issue resolved? If so do I need to send any info about my thermostat’s?

I’m seeing an increase in this issue lately again. Looking into it.
You should be able to fix it by logging in at https://app.beestat.io from a different device, browser, or clearing your browser cache for beestat.io. Give that a try and let me know if you run into any issues.
