Hello,
When I try opening the visualize tab nothing happens and the rest of the site freezes. Everything becomes unresponsive and the only way to fix it is to refresh the page. Any ideas?

Could you PM or email me your thermostat serial number? I’ll take a look!
This is resolved. One of the rooms that got added had some duplicate points causing bad things to happen.
