Why are there gaps in my data?

I’m not sure this is a beestat question as much as an ecobee question, but I noticed there’s these intermittent gaps in my data recently, and I’m curious what could have changed to cause this. Check the attached screenshot to see what I mean.

Are you a Rogers customer? Lest week they said they were “enhancing” my service, with projected disruptions. And sure enough, I have those same gaps in my logs in the past week.

Usually caused by an internet interruption of some kind (service, wifi, routing, etc.), a power outage, or an ecobee site outage.
