I’ve got data as of 10:35pm. However the actual graphs are sitting syncing. So off by an hour and I can’t see the details.

I have deleted the app and reconnected with ecobee twice now. It reconnects and will work for about an hour or so then no further data will load and graphs will be stuck on syncing. Unfortunately something still is not working correctly.

I was able to get the connection going again to my thermostat, an hour later it was back in the same state. Not refreshed since 918pm last night
Also thermostat and sensor detail portions are in a never ending sync loop
Beestat stopped recording Ecobee data for me 2025-12-18 6:15. There has been nothing recorded since. I can see the run times on the Ecobee website but Beestat just shows “Syncing” continuosuly
Am having the same problems, plus the app will not let me log off.
Still not working for me even after removing thermostat and readding.
That is all I see as well. I know this is not Ecobee as all the data I need is available but I record my useage every day and I find Ecobee is easier to access…until today
Worked for a little bit last night but it’s still having issues. Data’s not updating/syncing…
It started working last night around 10pm but now I just checked and it stopped working again.
Maybe coincidence but I did receive a ecobee maintenance notice yesterday and after one of my ecobee premium tstats went offline and needed a power cycle to recover. The other was fine. I also have not had a beestat sync since 10pm yesterday.

Same, work some what last night then nothing
Not working here either. App wouldn’t be let me Log Off also. Closed App, deleted all data/cache, reconnected Ecobee, still stuck synching and last data was 12/18 @ 7:26 AM Eastern.
It only updates if I log out and back in again.
Tried everything mentioned here.
Syncing grinds away but nothing happens.
Thank you everyone for your patience. I have not had time to thoroughly research this issue due to work and family obligations.
I will be investing some time this weekend to better identify and fix what issues remain. Hang tight!
Update! I am cautiously optimistic I have found the issue and deployed a fix. Waiting a while to see if everything bounces back to normal before I post a full write-up.
I suspect something is still wrong on the ecobee side. I alos use Humidbee.ca and it broke at the same time as Beestat.

After over 24h of no updates the notice in beestat lead me here and I tried relinking beestat to ecobee as you directed. For around 5-10 minutes afterwards it seemed to still not sync, but it did eventually start syncing again. All fixed, thanks again!
